Local mobile phone brands are now starting to introduce their own sleuth of new and engaging smartphones running on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and I will give you a brief look at some of these mobile devices that are making their way to the local markets in the coming months.
First, Cherry Mobile has revealed on its 2016 Summer Festival poster a six-inch Android Marshmallow smartphone named the Flare XL 2. This massively huge phablet is powered by an octa core processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage with expandable memory up to 32 GB via microSD card, 16 megapixel rear and 8 megapixel front cameras, and 4G LTE connectivity. It will be officially released in Cherry Mobile stores nationwide before summer ends with an official price of Php5,999.00.
And then there is SKK Mobile's Chronos Ace, one of the flagship smartphones in its Chronos series. It runs on a 1.3 GHz quad core processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage with expandable storage up to 64 GB via microSD card. Outside the hood, it sports a 5-inch IPS capacitive multitouch display, 13 megapixel rear and 5 megapixel front cameras, and 2500 mAh battery. It is available in SKK Mobile stores and authorized dealers all over the country for only Php3,299.00 but it will be initially available at Php2,299.00.
These two may be affordable than what you think they are, but do not belittle what they can do for your own digital life. Besides, since they are running on Android Marshmallow, you can enjoy more than what you can do on your smartphone. And that is all that matters, my friends.
