Behold, the Huawei P9!! Intriguing, isn't it? |
For those who want to know about the Huawei P9 in a simple way, there are two things you should know about it. First, it is the first direct result of the global brand's collaboration with German camera maker Leica, considering that it has a dual-lens twin 12-megapixel rear camera each with different sensors - one has an RGB sensor while the other has a monochrome one. Second, it may be one of the slimmest smartphones in the world, but it has a full metal unibody design and a superb 2.5D curved glass that can be very intriguing for those who want to have their own high-end premium mobile device.
Under the hood, it is powered by Huawei's HiSilicon Kirin 955 octa core processor and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It also sports a 5.2-inch HD IPS display, 8 megapixel front camera, 4G LTE connectivity, and 3000 mAh battery. Aside from the P9, Huawei is also going to release its bigger but more powerful brother named the P9 Plus which is superior in display, RAM, internal storage and battery life compared to the P9. To put it in comparison, the Huawei P9 Plus sports a larger 5.5-inch display, 4 GB RAM, 64 GB of storage and 4000 mAh battery compared to P9's 3 GB RAM, 32 GB storage and those stated above.
I think that by the time these two will be released in the country, I expect that the price tag of any of these two smartphones will not be for the budget-conscious considering that it will be set within the range of up to Php30,000 if you're talking about the P9 Plus.
