Before leading to the so-called digital shift, Smart Communications Inc. and Globe Telecom have been offering perks and their own promotions for those who want to have a full concert experience. Now with more consumers relying on mobile apps to have what they want just to watch a concert featuring their favorite music icons, the local telecoms industry are now exerting their efforts to make the experience part of every Filipinos' digital life. And it all began last month when Globe Telecom officially launched Globe Live, a brand that produces and offers unique world-class live events that are set to become accessible to its millions of customers more particularly its own line of concerts featuring local and international artists.

Not to be left behind, Smart Communications Inc. recently introduced Smart Music Live as one of its own digital blocks during the company's Unbox event a few days ago and it kicked off last July 14, 2016 with a concert that was exclusively free for its mobile and broadband subscribers featuring Nathan Sykes, Up Dharma Down, Aegis and Ely Buendia among others. But the initiative does not stop there because it will feature perks for upcoming concerts of Selena Gomez (July 31), In The Mix featuring Third Eye Blind, Panic! at the Disco, James Bay, Elle King and Twin Pines (August 18) and Shawn Mendes (October).

These initiatives made possible by the local telecommunications industry are just part of their dedication and commitment to provide a fresh and enjoyable digital lifestyle experience for all Filipinos.
