Philippines Now Joining Pokemon Go Craze Before Release

Pokemon Go Philippines

Niantic's Pokemon Go continues to become an overnight sensation breaking its own records in mobile app stores in terms of downloads and is now reaching more countries such as UK, Germany, other European countries that I don't know, and most recently Japan. The success and the thrill would also make Filipino fans more ecstatic about the highly popular augmented reality mobile game's upcoming release in our local shores. It's a good thing that Philippine companies are now starting to join in on the new mobile craze through their own efforts to make Filipino gamers prepare to catch virtual pocket monsters on the streets of Metro Manila.

Following its successful exclusive release for the Xbox One late last year and its eventual PC outing in January 2016, Rise of the Tomb Raider is set to be released for the PlayStation 4 on October 11, 2016 and it will be dubbed as Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20th Anniversary Edition.

New Lenovo Vibe K5 Variations Coming in PH Shores

Standing On Own Grounds In The Big Screens

Movie buffs are enjoying their favorite movies being shown in movie theaters, but sometimes that there are those that are not or yet to be shown in cinemas that are standing in their own grounds and eventually conquering them. When The Force Meets The Law

Encantadia 2016
The main cast of Encantadia 2016, the four new guardians of the gems.
GMA Network has brought back the mythical world of Encantadia that has been loved by millions of Filipino viewing households since its first inception in 2005, and the pilot episode of the 2016 reboot did not disappoint fans of the hit series and new viewers as it became a top trending topic on social media nationwide and worldwide. The only big problem is that majority of the Filipino viewing population prefer watching FPJ's "Ang Probinsyano" on their television sets rather than just a reboot of what was once popular about a decade ago. And you know what, this is a big deal considering that more Filipinos are starting to change what they want to watch for the benefit of their own pleasure.

The Irony of Data Cap and Digital Television

Despite the ongoing developments and improvements made by local telecommunications companies, the biggest problem that remains a disappointment to many Filipino internet users is the data cap set by telcos as stated in their Fair Use Policy. In fact, nobody ever knew about the said policy until it was reported in various news items a few years ago, and that makes it an irony for Filipino consumers who want to have quality and enjoyable access to the World Wide Web regardless of the device they are using.

The Great Selfie Raid

Huawei Mobile Philippines recently released one of its flagship smartphones for 2016, the Huawei GR5. But to boost the local market's awareness of the Chinese tech behemoth, Huawei has been holding a variety of events and promotions aimed at showcasing its sleuth of mobile devices to potential consumers. And the most recent of them is the GR5 Great Selfie Raid, which kicked off in Metro Manila a few weeks ago.
